Q: What is Jump Town?
A: Jump Town, Your INDOOR Inflatable FUNN Town, consists of a climate controlled, secured, indoor family entertainment center filled with huge colorful inflatable equipment. Jump Town specializes in families enjoying time together, birthday parties, season ending celebrations, fund raisers, field trips, day cares and playgroups.
Q: What Is Open Jump?
A: Open Jump is a designated time for anyone to come in and play, without having a party, and pay a set Open Jump admission (prices vary per location). We also sell “Frequent Jumper” Open Jump passes. These are pre-paid passes that are punched at each visit.
Q: How Long Do Parties Last?
A: Our parties are two hours long. Parties enjoy the Jump Town Play Area for one and one-half hours and thirty minutes in your own PRIVATE party room. Your party will not be allowed in the JUMP area until your party time STARTS. We recommend that parents arrive 10 minutes prior to your party time to greet your guests.
Q: Does Our Party Get The Entire Play Area?
A: No. Parties are scheduled every 30 minutes on a rotation
of party sizes. If a party is not scheduled in front of or behind your scheduled
party time, then the amount of parties on the floor is less. Once you have entered the private party room, your
JUMP time is FINISHED, even if your party is called
into the party room before your scheduled 30 minutes. Due to choking hazards and children vomiting, all
eating is done in the LAST 30 minutes of your party.
Children will be asked to put their shoes on and remain
in the party room until your time is over.
Q: Does Our Party Get The Private Room The Entire Time?
A: No. Parties play for one and one-half hours. While the party is playing, there is no need to have a party room. You are only guaranteed access to your party room for the last 45 minutes of your party. When your room is available, your party attendant will move your presents, cake, ice cream, etc. to the party room for you.
Parties are scheduled every 30 minutes and the party times coordinate with the room colors. Each room layout is similar with the exception of room colors. Other parties are scheduled to come into the JUMP area when your party enters the private party room.
Please be courteous to those parties coming in for their JUMP time by containing your party in your party room.
Fees will be assessed if your party is not over by the designated time.
Q: Do We Open Presents At Jump Town?
A: This decision is optional, we find some parents prefer to take the gifts home to open the gifts and some parents prefer to open the gifts at Jump Town. Either decision the party makes is fine with Jump Town. Keep in mind, at your request, the party can always enter the room a few minutes early.
Q: Can I Bring In Outside Food?
A: No. No outside food is allowed except for your
cake, ice cream, drinks and dry snacks. A freezer is
available for your ice cream.
Q: How Do I Reserve My Party?
A: Parties can be reserved on our web site (be sure to select your local Jump Town), the telephone or by stopping by the center. A fifty dollar non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party time. Parties can be re-scheduled (and deposit transferred) within the following 6 months assuming the party was cancelled 15 days in advance. Package size must be determined at the time of booking.
Q: What If I Do Not Have 25 Children Attending?
A: Jump Town offers two party packages to select from; the JUMP package which allows 15 guests plus the honored guest or the TOWN package which allows 25 guests plus the honored guest. This must be decided when the party is reserved and cannot be changed.
Q: What Party Extras Does Jump Town Offer?
A: Jump Town offers a pizza package, balloon packages, shirts, gift cards, and Jump Town goodie cups that can be purchased in the sales area (please check specific locations for additional party extras). Ask any of our Bouncer Staff to assist you when reserving your special event.
Q: Can I Decorate The Room?
A: Yes. You may bring tablecloths, plates, napkins and table
decorations to decorate. We do not allow decorations
to be attached to the walls. Absolutely NO piñatas or
confetti allowed. A clean-up fee will be assessed on
parties that do not follow this policy.
Q: What Paper Products Are Included In The Pricing?
A: We provide rooms with colored table cloths and party plates and napkins for your cake. Additional plates, napkins and cups are provided with the pizza package option.
Q: Can Parents Participate?
A: Absolutely! We strongly encourage the parents to join in on the FUNN. We only require three things; we insist you are allowed to play FREE, that you sign a waiver prior to playing and do not forget about the socks.
Q: Are Waivers Required To Be Signed By Attendees?
A: Yes. Attendees must have a signed waiver prior to participating; this includes adults wishing to participate.
Q: What Is Teen Night?
A: Teen Night is a night where parents are allowed to drop teens off, ages 11 to 15, to jump, socialize, dance, and hangout with friends. Teens are supervised by a full compliment of Bouncer Staff ensuring a safe and enjoyable time for all attendees. Teens are not allowed to exit the center during the session until parents arrive.
